What if I need you for a few additional hours here and there, like for a once-off project?

We can discuss your needs ahead of time and accommodate you as best we can. Additional hours are charged at your agreed rate.

How does the monthly retainer packages work?

We offer different monthly retainer packages for 1 month, 3 months and 6 months for a set number of hours each month. Retainer packages get billed monthly in advance and the set hours per month can’t roll over to the next month and need to be used within the month.

Will I be charged separately for phone calls you make ON MY BEHALF?

Yes, we will send you a detailed statement of these calls.

Can I contact you during the weekend?

Yes of course, we are available to take requests during the week, as well as the weekend.  Please bear in mind that we are based in South Africa which is GMT+2. We aim to respond to emails and messages as soon as possible, within 24 hours.
